The participants with the highest number of reported leaks and/or illegal
connections for the month will be recognized as “Aqua Patroller of the Month”
and subsequently, the one who has the most number of reported leaks and/or
illegal connections for the year will be proclaimed as the “Aqua Patroller of the Year”.
